When I moved from Nigeria to the UK with a toddler on my hip and a baby on the way, life was a whirlwind of responsibilities. Somewhere between sleepless nights, endless to-do lists, and being “strong” for everyone, I lost the woman I once knew — confident, radiant, unapologetically me.
